Apples

At any given time during the season, Wea Creek Orchard offers between 15 and 20 varieties of apples. All of our trees are dwarf trees, growing to the perfect picking height of 8 to 12 feet.

Myra Red Fuji Light creamy flesh with a slightly aromatic sweetness. Very firm eating apple. Stores very well. Mid-Late Oct.
Suncrisp Sweet and mildly tart flavor. Golden fruit color. Golden Delicious x Cox Orange Pippin cross. Great for baking. Stores up to 6 months. Mid-Oct.
Rubinstar (Jonagold) Tangy and sweet. Beautifully intense red color. Jonathan x Golden Delicious cross. Quality dessert apple, best for pies and sauces. Stores up to 3 months. Late Sept. - Early Oct.
Royal Empire Aromatic and crisp like a McIntosh, with better flavor and color. McIntosh x Red Delicious cross. Great all-purpose apple and makes a wonderful cider. Late Sept.
Ruby Jon Same creamy, white flesh and crisp, juicy eating quality as an old-fashioned Jonathan, but earlier. Late Aug. - Mid Sept.
Red Jonagold Tangy, sweet, honey-tart flavor; very juicy. Excellent for pies, sauces, or salads. Early Sept.

Peaches

Wea Creek Orchard cultivates three premium types of freestone peaches known for their excellent flavor and quality.

Pumpkins

Each year, we plant between 10 and 15 varieties of pumpkins.

The majority are classic jack-o'-lantern pumpkins, chosen to respond differently to varying weather conditions. This helps ensure we can consistently supply the diverse shapes, sizes, and quantities sought by our customers. Additionally, we grow specialty colored, small, uniformly shaped, and edible baking pumpkins for those looking for something unique for decorating or cooking.
